Dr. Col. Akhtar Khalili works as an Assistant Professor at Iqra University. He holds a PhD in English Linguistics and previously completed M.Phil in Education. He is an experienced commissioned officer of the Pakistan Army, who proudly served the motherland in uniform for 28 years. His areas of interest include, Linguistics, Literature, Emergency Management, Academic Development, etc.
